Services Provided:
- Advise foreign
companies on the appointment of local agents or on the
selection of local partners, and arrange the necessary
introductions.
- Assist international
manufacturers and contractors to look for suitable
opportunities in the Middle East, for both the private and
public sectors.
- Assist in finalizing
the formation and registration of companies, subsidiaries,
branches or joint ventures in all Middle East countries.
- Advise on the
recruitment and salary structure for local recruited staff,
and help in the head–hunting of suitably qualified national
experts for newly formed companies.
- Advise International
Engineering and Architectural Consultants on work
opportunities and current fee structures in the Middle East.
- Coordinate and assist
in organizing all types of events such as exhibitions,
conferences, seminars and training programs.
- Assist and/or create
a full marketing campaign, including public relations,
advertising and promotional activities in local markets.
- Act as a
representative of companies in Middle East markets.
